• Review and approve work within specified timeframes
• Not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain backup copies of your data

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom work created specifically for you. However, we retain rights to:

• Pre-existing intellectual property and methodologies
• General knowledge and experience gained
• Use completed work in our portfolio and marketing
• Third-party components and their respective licenses

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRIVEWEB STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriveWeb Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide completed work upon full payment
• Ongoing services will cease within 30 days
• Data may be deleted after 90 days

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or pandemics.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements, unless modified in writing.
